Use the account center for membership, balance and billing, and project cost controls for production spending. Membership and AI generation balance are managed separately.
Open the account center
Sign in from the website’s account entry. The app also provides relevant account and settings entries. The web account center includes an overview, membership, balance, usage records, and bills and invoices.
Plans, seats and storage
Check your plan, subscription state, renewal date, seats and cloud storage on the membership page. Before purchasing or changing a plan or seat count, review the amount, effective date and limits shown in confirmation.
Changes can apply immediately or at the next billing period. A submitted request does not mean every allowance changes at once. Current prices and quotas are shown by the account pages rather than fixed in this guide.
Balance and top-ups
View available balance, choose a top-up and complete payment. After returning, check the balance and transaction record. Payment completion and account credit are separate states to verify.
Before enabling automatic top-ups, review the trigger, amount and payment method. Low-balance email notifications have separate settings.
AI operation charges
Image, video, speech and text AI operations can incur charges. Cost depends on the model, duration, quality, quantity and reference inputs. Use the operation information and usage records.
Video upscaling is charged by source-video duration, model and target tier, without adding output duration. The dialog explains the basis of charging but does not show a specific quote. Check usage records for actual spending.
Text-to-speech charges are proportional to actual character count, without rounding short requests to a full thousand. Voice design and cloning are separate paid operations.
Collaborative jobs follow project payment rules. The person clicking Generate is not enough to identify the paying account. Check project spending and the payer’s usage records.
Do not infer a final charge or guaranteed refund solely from a local cancellation, failure or timeout message. Check the final job state and ledger; retain the records if the outcome is unclear.
Review usage and project spending
Filter Usage records by project and date to inspect charges, returns and net spending. The page can export matching records as CSV or Excel.
In the app, use Project → Cost control for that project’s spending. Account balance, account billing and individual-project statistics have different scopes.
Receipts and invoices
Open Bills and invoices to review top-ups, subscriptions and other records, and follow the receipt or invoice link provided for a transaction. Automatic top-ups may have receipts only; not every entry has the same kind of invoice.
Update billing name, email, address or tax ID in billing details. Changes generally affect future invoices rather than automatically reissuing old ones.
